Your future, your role
As a CRM Functional Lead, you’ll be:
Owning the functional design and evolution of Hub Spot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM, ensuring configuration aligns with the product roadmap and business objectives
Managing and maintaining contact, company, deal, activity, and custom object configurations; keeping the platform clean, accurate, and scalable as the business evolves
Owning marketing operations foundations, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, nurture journeys, and attribution models, with a clear focus on driving acquisition performance and pipeline growth
Leveraging Hub Spot Breeze and AI-driven features to surface customer insights, identify patterns in behaviour and performance, and improve targeting and conversion outcomes
Building strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Acquisitions teams—running recurring stakeholder forums, understanding their needs, and ensuring Hub Spot actively supports their goals
Defining and tracking success metrics for Hub Spot usage and adoption, including data quality, active users, funnel performance, and automation health—turning data into clear recommendations for improvement
You will have:
2–3+ years’ hands-on Hub Spot experience in an administrator, consultant, or CRM specialist role Proven track record working with marketing and acquisitions teams to design scalable CRM processes and deliver measurable improvements in campaign and pipeline performance
Experience operating in regulated environments with strong data protection requirements (UK GDPR)
