IT Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management, systems administration, or data management.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, cybersecurity, and business systems.
• Experience with SQL databases, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• A practical problem solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Lead and develop our IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Hub Spot CRM, and Microsoft 365.
• Drive digital transformation projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision‑making.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our networks, servers, and devices.
• Work with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations, finance, sales, and customer service to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage external IT partners and technology suppliers.
• Champion data quality, governance, and continuous improvement throughout the business.
• Deliver meaningful business insights through dashboards, reporting, and data analysis.
