An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Partner to join a well-established, reputable law firm in Bury. The firm has a strong Private Client department with 20 professionals across its offices, and this role offers the chance to lead and grow the Private Client team in the Bury office. You’ll benefit from full support from the firm’s CEO and marketing team, who are also based in Bury, ensuring a consistent flow of new work and the opportunity to further develop the department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Private Client Solicitor looking for Partnership from day one or someone ready to take that next step in their career.

• Manage a busy Private Client caseload including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Develop and grow the firm’s Private Client presence in Bury.
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional client care.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives to grow the department further.

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Currently operating at Partner level or seeking to step up to Partnership.
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of Private Client work.
• Ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively.
• STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
