WORKSHOP MANAGER – BURY – £40,600  UP TO £6,000 BONUS/ PERMANENT POSITION People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Workshop Manager to join our well-established automotive client based in Bury on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional looking to take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a busy workshop operation. This would suit applicants who have worked as a Workshop Supervisor, Garage Manager or Service Manager.

Rates of Pay: £40,600 per annum Up to £6,000 performance-related bonus Potential earnings of up to £46,600 per annum Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Permanent position Benefits:

Skills:

To be successful as a Workshop Manager , you will need:
Previous experience within an automotive workshop environment Experience supervising or managing a workshop team Strong organisational and people-management skills Good understanding of workshop operations Ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment A hands-on and proactive approach to management Training:
