Maintenance Engineer

A well-established UK manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality is looking for a mechanically bias Maintenance Engineer to support a busy production facility near Bury. If youre looking to join a great UK manufacturing company with a great culture, flexibility and package this may be the role for you As a Maintenance Engineer youll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of industrial machinery, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault-finding, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Duties include:

Monday Friday (06:00 14:00) Sunday Thursday (14:00 22:00). Maintenance and breakdown support on high-volume manufacturing equipment. Mechanical fault finding and repair. PPMs and reactive maintenance. Working with production to minimize downtime. Update maintenance logs and CMMS. Maintenance Engineer Requirements include:
Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship. Relevant manufacturing experience. Mechanical skills (welding, fabrication and bench fitting). Willing to undertake extra training.
