Factory Maintenance Manager

Emeya Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading Precision Engineering and Manufacturing business, they are well established and have an enviable reputation working on great projects.

They currently have a requirement for a Factory Maintenance Manager, the position is based out of their Manufacturing facility in Bury.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this Factory Maintenance Manager is a hands on position, you will be responsible for day to day management and implementation of Factory and Building Maintenance.

Factory Maintenance Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain Production Plant, equipment and facilities.
• General day to day to day maintenance of the Factory and office/Buildings.
• Preventative and reactive maintenance across factory and office equipment.
• General Facilities management duties to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support on both internal and external audits and inspections.
• Support the engineering team with continuous improvement activities for long term investment projects and implementation.
• Line management maintenance technician and other facilities operatives.

Factory Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• Experience with in a Factory environment and machinery Maintenance.
• Experience with in general Building maintenance within a busy factory/office environment.
• A proactive mindset and can do attitude.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Locally base to Bury and happy to be on site day to day.
