Due to continued growth, our client – a leading manufacturer of high‑quality products – is expanding their workforce and seeking Production Operatives to join their friendly, supportive, and collaborative team. We are looking for motivated individuals to join the production line team. You will be responsible for handling various products, meeting daily targets, and ensuring efficient end‑of‑line packing.

• Operate on the production line, handling a variety of products
• Work towards daily production targets to maintain efficiency
• Prepare and pack boxes for end‑of‑line distribution, including stacking and organising
• Carry out physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet daily targets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and standing for extended periods
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Manual handling knowledge is required due to the nature of the role

• £12.71 per hour

• Standard hours:
  • Monday–Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 hrs
• Overtime available (depending on seasonal peaks)
