Vacancy:
Production Operative & Machine Operator

We are offering an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Operatives to join a thriving manufacturing business based in Radcliffe. Following recent expansion, long-term work is available within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery to manufacture plastic products, including traffic cones and grass grids
Monitor equipment and adjust settings as necessary, reporting any faults or mechanical issues
Inspect and pack finished goods, maintaining quality standards
Work efficiently within a team to meet production targets

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety policies

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (one day off in the week)

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in a production setting and with machine operation is essential
High attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
Physically capable of manual handling and standing for long durations
A collaborative approach with a proactive work ethic
Sound understanding of health and safety practices in manufacturing
