Marketing Coordinator

Founder - Adapt 365 - Talent specialists for the Microsoft ecosystem

Location: Remote (UK), with 1 day per week in Manchester / Ramsbottom

Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible, but structured)

We’re looking for someone to execute
, not strategise. This role exists to keep our marketing engine running consistently and properly. You’ll be responsible for making sure the right content goes out, the right data is maintained, and nothing slips.

Daily and weekly execution

• Preparing and sharing daily hiring and market insight with the recruitment team (fixed daily deadline)
• Publishing and scheduling Linked In content across company and director profiles
• Supporting marketing activity around live roles and A-Player candidates
• Keeping CRM records up to date and usable

Data and systems

• Maintaining clean, accurate CRM data
• Enriching prospect and candidate records so recruiters have complete information
• Supporting basic reporting and list management

Content and assets

• Coordinating podcast production (scheduling, working with editors, distribution)
• Helping produce simple sales and marketing assets such as salary guides or short reports
• Managing weekly and monthly newsletters to candidates and prospects

How the 30 hours works

• Good planning and batching of work
• Comfort working to fixed deadlines
• Strong task management and prioritisation
• Attention to detail, as there’s little room for rework

You don’t need to be a “brand marketer” or strategist. You do need to be reliable and precise.

• Takes pride in doing things properly
• Is comfortable working to processes and checklists
• Has experience working with CRMs and managing data
• Can work independently and stick to agreed rhythms
• Treats part‑time hours seriously and uses them well

Marketing, recruitment, or B2B experience would help, but execution and discipline matter more.
