Class 1 ADR Driver - Trunking St Edmunds

This Class 1 ADR Driver role based in Bury St Edmunds involves depot-to-depot trunking and refuelling at refinery sites, transporting hazardous goods safely and compliantly. Working day shifts from Friday to Tuesday, start times fall between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Manpower UK seeks experienced C+E licence holders with ADR certification for this temporary contract. Pay ranges from £19.55 hourly, rising to £29.33 for overtime and weekends, plus a performance bonus worth up to £1000 every six months.

Logistics are recruiting on behalf of a leading national client for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers based at Saxham, Bury St Edmunds.

• Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety
• Start times:
  Between 4:00pm and 6:00pm
• Available Shift Patterns Friday
  - Tuesday

• £19.55 per hour
• £29.33 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for all weekend shifts
• PAYE employment
• 28 days paid holiday per year
• Dedicated Manpower consultant providing ongoing support
• Long-term assignment with a nationally recognised employer

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Current ADR Class 2 in Tanks qualification
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years'' HGV driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions
• Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependant), after which requirements will be reviewed.
