Position
Accounts Semi Senior / Senior – Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £28,000 – £38,000
CompanyClark Wood are delighted to work with a leading firm of accountants in Bury St Edmunds. Due to internal growth, they are expanding their Business Services team with an experienced Accounts Semi Senior.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and/or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA) and nearing full qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of General Practice experience. However, non-qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities- Undertake various General Practice assignments, including accounts preparation and tax compliance services for a range of business clients (sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies).
- Progress into a senior accountant and oversee your own portfolio of clients
- Possess a solid working knowledge of UK GAAP and the required disclosures for both small and medium-sized companies.
- Have experience of using Cloud based accounting software.
- Communicate effectively within a team and independently, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
