Accounts Administrator

Mac Kenzie King are working with a successful, growing business based in Woolpit who are looking for a strong, experienced Accounts Administrator to join their busy finance team. This is a hands-on, all-round role that would suit someone who enjoys working across different areas of accounts, is confident managing customer accounts, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. With the opportunity to take on more over time, this role is great for someone looking to build on their accounts experience.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts
• Resolving queries with customers and internal teams
• Supporting purchase ledger and processing invoices
• Assisting with payment runs and reconciliations
• Providing general support across the finance function

Qualifications and experience

• Have good all-round accounts experience with a focus on purchase ledger
• Be confident working in a busy, high-volume environment
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be organised, proactive and reliable
• Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
