The RoleAs a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be at the centre of day‑to‑day operations, coordinating both reactive and planned maintenance activities across electrical and commercial fit‑out services. You'll manage incoming enquiries, update the CRM system with accuracy, and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance schedules
- Managing and prioritising incoming helpdesk requests
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, including project updates and client communication
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries
- Liaising with internal departments to support seamless project delivery
- Completing general administrative duties to support the wider team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A proactive, detail‑focused approach
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, or administrative role (advantageous)
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Salary up to £28,000 per annum
