Valeting Team Leader

Overview

Self Employed Valeting Team Leader. Motorclean have an opportunity for a Self Employed Valeting Team Leader to join our valeting team based on site at a busy car dealership in Bury St Edmunds.

Paid per car - Potential Earnings upwards of £2400 per month plus upto £200 bonus for Team Leader. Operating hours available between Monday to Saturday.

• Organise the Team and site facilities
• Maintain the facilities and equipment
• Tidy Valeting bay
• Ensure vehicles are being moved safely
• Allocate jobs to the team
• Manage chemical use
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard
• Pre-soak, wash, dry and polish/ wax exterior
• Clean and vacuum interior including seats, windows, carpets, mats, dashboards
• Dress tyres
• Check vehicles for damage and report to Management
• Handle chemicals according to Health and safety procedures
• Prioritise workload and communicate to relevant department

• Full driving licence
• Experience as a Professional Valeter
• Reliable and consistent
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
