Site Supervisor - Highways

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Carrington West is recruiting on behalf of a client for a key role within their Construction Team.
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering planned highways works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise schemes on-site, ensuring safe, timely and budget-compliant delivery

· Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors

· Liaise with stakeholders including local authorities, designers and network managers

· Ensure Construction Phase Plans, method statements and safe systems of work are in place

· Maintain high health & safety standards across site

· Keep accurate site records including diaries and activity logs

· Support programme delivery and site operations

Requirements:

· SSSTS

· NRSWA

· CSCS

· Full UK driving licence

Key Attributes:

· Strong focus on health & safety

· Good communication and team collaboration

· Ability to manage site activities efficiently

· Proactive and solution-focused approach
