Site Supervisor - Highways

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Carrington West is recruiting on behalf of a client for a key role within their Construction Team.
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering planned highways works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise schemes on-site, ensuring safe, timely and budget-compliant delivery
Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
Liaise with stakeholders including local authorities, designers and network managers
Ensure Construction Phase Plans, method statements and safe systems of work are in place
Maintain high health & safety standards across site
Keep accurate site records including diaries and activity logs
Support programme delivery and site operations

Requirements:
SSSTS
NRSWA
CSCS
Full UK driving licence

Key Attributes:
Strong focus on health & safety
Good communication and team collaboration
Ability to manage site activities efficiently
Proactive and solution-focused approach
