Site Supervisor - Highways

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Carrington West is recruiting on behalf of a client for a key role within their Construction Team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering planned highways works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Supervise schemes on-site, ensuring safe, timely and budget‑compliant delivery
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
• Liaise with stakeholders including local authorities, designers and network managers
• Ensure Construction Phase Plans, method statements and safe systems of work are in place
• Maintain high health & safety standards across site
• Keep accurate site records including diaries and activity logs
• Support programme delivery and site operations

• SSSTS
• NRSWA
• CSCS
• Full UK driving licence

• Strong focus on health & safety
• Good communication and team collaboration
• Ability to manage site activities efficiently
• Proactive and solution‑focused approach
