Ridgeway and Co is seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for a large residential development in Bury St Edmunds. The role involves overseeing groundworks packages from inception through to completion on a brand-new project with an 18‑month scope and immediate start.
You will manage groundworks on site, coordinate subcontractors, plant and labor, and ensure HSE compliance while monitoring the programme and maintaining quality throughout the project lifecycle.
