Contracts Manager

We are recruiting a Contracts Manager to join a respected social housing group in Suffolk, overseeing the delivery of planned refurbishment programmes across the housing stock. As a Contracts Manager, you will manage multiple work streams with individual project values of up to £3m, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a supportive organisation and play a key role in delivering high-quality refurbishment works within occupied residential environments.
