We are looking for Customer Service Agent to start immediately for our client based in Bury St Edmunds.
The successful Customer Service Agent will receive:- £13.45/h basic
- £20.18/h overtime (after 7.5hrs per day)
- Guaranteed 37.5hrs per week
- Subsidised onsite canteen

- 28 days holiday prorated on PAYE

Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am, you will be part of a busy customer service operation for a well-established fuel provider.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Handling a high volume of customer calls
- Responding to customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and resolving queries wherever possible
- Updating customer information and records using computer systems
- Ensuring customers receive a positive and efficient service
- Working closely with colleagues to manage busy periods and maintain excellent service levels
- Previous experience in a call enter environment
- Computer literacy
- Polite & professional able to handle high volume of customer calls.
This position is commutable from Stowmarket, Thetford, Newmarket, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
