Hours:

Monday–Friday, Full-Time (No Weekends) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in Wokingham. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service. Book vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs. Prepare accurate estimates and explain work required in a clear, customer-friendly manner. Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor repair progress. Keep customers updated throughout the service process. Obtain authorisation for additional work where required. Produce invoices and arrange smooth vehicle handovers. Promote additional products and services where appropriate.

Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards. Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Ability to work efficiently in a busy aftersales environment. Experience using dealer management systems is desirable.

Full UK driving licence preferred. Benefits Salary of £30,000–£38,000 depending on experience. Monday–Friday working pattern with no weekend working. Company pension.
