Customer Service Order Processor
Hourly Rate: £13.59
Hours:
Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (rota basis) + occasional Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm
Location:
Bury St Edmunds
We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to provide high-quality support to key internal and external customers. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage orders, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Key duties- Manage customer orders, prescriptions, and complaints
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Provide solutions to customer queries quickly and professionally
- Produce accurate reports and maintain records
- Support key accounts with tailored customer service
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve customer experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- SAP / CRM experience desirable but not essential
