Architectural Technician

Our client, a well-established and growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a motivated Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of a wide range of projects across various sectors. Working closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

• Producing high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Preparing and submitting drawings for Planning and Building Regulations approval
• Assisting with the development of detailed design packages
• Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants
• Ensuring all drawings comply with current UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion

• Degree in Architectural Technology or HNC in Construction (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1+ year experience in a related architectural or construction role
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong technical understanding of planning and building regulations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
