We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a reputable alternative provision in Bury, As a Behaviour Mentor
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities for the behaviour mentor
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and review individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to senior leadership.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
