Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a safe, inspiring environment for children to thrive? Evergreen Nursery at Abbots Green Academy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team.

Evergreen Nursery is part of the Abbots Green Academy family, offering a warm, inclusive, and stimulating setting where children begin their learning journey with curiosity and confidence. We pride ourselves on our child‑centred approach and strong community ethos.

You will:

  • hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
  • have a genuine passion for working with children aged 2–4
  • demonstrate creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach
  • work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues
  • have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.

Your role will Include:

  • supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities
  • observing and recording progress to inform planning and assessment
  • creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
  • building strong relationships with children and their families.
