The Role As a Senior Town Planner , you will take responsibility for managing planning projects from early strategy through to determination, delivering high-quality and commercially focused planning advice.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing planning applications, appeals, and pre-application submissions Preparing detailed planning statements and supporting documentation Undertaking site appraisals and in-depth planning policy analysis
