Location - Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas

Salary Package - £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary depending on skills and experience

• Leading the firm's infrastructure and utilities service line across a range of rural and landowner‑focused projects
• Advising landowners and occupiers affected by utilities, energy, transport, and wider infrastructure schemes
• Negotiating compensation claims, wayleaves, easements, and land rights on behalf of clients
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser on complex statutory and development‑related matters
• Overseeing a pipeline of infrastructure and utilities instructions from instruction through to completion
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and building your own client network
• Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues within the wider team
• Ensuring all work is delivered to a high professional standard, with accurate reporting and clear communication
• Contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the infrastructure and utilities offering
• Working collaboratively across the business to support broader rural consultancy services

• Proven experience in infrastructure, utilities, land compensation, or a closely related surveying discipline
• Strong technical knowledge of land rights, compulsory purchase, compensation claims, wayleaves, and easements
• Ability to act as a trusted adviser to landowners and occupiers in complex, high‑value situations
