Location - Bury St Edmunds and surrounding areas
Salary Package - £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary depending on skills and experience
What you will be doing- Leading the firm's infrastructure and utilities service line across a range of rural and landowner‑focused projects
- Advising landowners and occupiers affected by utilities, energy, transport, and wider infrastructure schemes
- Negotiating compensation claims, wayleaves, easements, and land rights on behalf of clients
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser on complex statutory and development‑related matters
- Overseeing a pipeline of infrastructure and utilities instructions from instruction through to completion
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and building your own client network
- Providing technical guidance and support to colleagues within the wider team
- Ensuring all work is delivered to a high professional standard, with accurate reporting and clear communication
- Contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the infrastructure and utilities offering
- Working collaboratively across the business to support broader rural consultancy services
- Proven experience in infrastructure, utilities, land compensation, or a closely related surveying discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of land rights, compulsory purchase, compensation claims, wayleaves, and easements
