Plant & Weighbridge Operative

Hours – Full-time (as per site rota)

Location – Red Lodge, IP28 8LD

As a Plant & Weighbridge Operative at FCC Environment, you will support the safe and efficient day‑to‑day running of the site. You will be responsible for operating plant machinery and managing weighbridge activities in line with company procedures and legal requirements. This vacancy is for a full‑time position, working on a rota basis.

What will you be doing?
  • Supporting the Site Manager with the safe and efficient operation of the site
  • Operating plant and equipment safely and in line with company procedures
  • Managing weighbridge operations and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting customers, contractors and site visitors in a professional manner
  • Following all health, safety and environmental procedures
  • Reporting incidents, faults or unsafe conditions to management
  • Supporting general site duties as required
