As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, influencing decision‑making, and moving beyond traditional compliance‑led accountancy.

You will take a key role managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a trusted adviser to business owners and senior stakeholders. The role combines technical expertise with commercial insight and leadership.

• Managing and developing a portfolio of owner‑managed and growing businesses
• Preparing and reviewing management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
• Providing commercially focused advice and insights to support client decision‑making
• Overseeing financial reporting, cashflow management, and KPI analysis
• Supporting clients with growth, structuring, and strategic planning
• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Driving continuous improvement and embracing modern systems and technology

We are looking for an experienced accountant who is confident, proactive, and commercially astute.

Ideally you will have:

• A clear commercial mindset and the ability to see the “bigger picture”
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients
• Experience using cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, Quick Books, Sage)
• A collaborative, hands‑on approach with strong leadership capability
• An appetite for change and a genuine interest in modern, tech‑enabled finance
