Private Client Tax Manager - Family Office
Location:
Central London (Hybrid) Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an ambitious Private Client Tax Manager looking to deepen your family office advisory experience within a Top 10 practice? Following sustained expansion across their Private Wealth practice, a market-leading Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager to join its specialist Family Office team in Central London.
This role offers high-visibility advisory work, direct access to Partners, and a structured pathway toward Senior Manager within a supportive, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities Advisory & Planning:
Deliver high-level UK and international tax planning for HNW/UHNW families, family offices, trusts, and landed estates. Portfolio Management:
Oversee a complex private client portfolio, managing personal tax compliance, billing, WIP, and service delivery. Trust & Estate Structuring:
Partner with senior leadership on bespoke trust formation, succession planning, and estate restructuring projects. Client Relationships:
Serve as a key trusted advisor, nurturing relationships with family members, trustees, and external professional advisors. Team Leadership:
Mentor, supervise, and develop junior team members, fostering technical excellence across the practice. About You
Qualifications:
CTA and/or ACA qualified.
Experience:
Proven private client tax experience within a reputable accountancy practice or specialist private wealth firm. Technical Breadth:
Strong background in personal tax advisory with direct exposure to trusts (estate planning experience is highly desirable). Client Focus:
Commercially aware with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for managing complex family office relationships. What's on Offer Competitive Package:
