** Finance Business Partner Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking for a role that goes far beyond traditional management accounting?
An established and highly successful business is seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to join its growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting and business partnering to support strategic growth and influence key commercial decisions.### What You'll Be Doing
* Partnering with senior stakeholders and project leaders across multiple business ventures.
* Producing high-quality management accounts and board-level reporting.
* Developing sophisticated financial models to support commercial decisions.
* Managing project and entity-level cash flow forecasting.
* Driving process improvements and enhancing financial reporting capabilities.
* Mentoring junior finance team members and contributing to a collaborative finance function.### What We're Looking ForACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience.
Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skills.
Ability to influence, challenge and support senior decision-makers.
Strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
