• Providing high-quality care and support to patients in a healthcare setting
• Assisting with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing patients
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
• Assisting healthcare professionals with medical procedures
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
• Driver with Access to a vehicle

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to follow instructions and protocols
• Empathy and compassion towards patients
• Basic IT skills

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• First Aid certification

The Healthcare Assistant role involves working in a healthcare environment, which may include exposure to illnesses and medical procedures. The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting/moving patients. Part-Time hours are expected with potential for flexible shifts.
