Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities as our Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator will include:
  • Maintain and update product data (text, images, documents) in ERP/PIM systems and across websites and marketplaces
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and SEO-friendly for maximum discoverability.
  • Manage product presentation on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), including parent/child and bundle configurations, as well as maintaining the Amazon storefront
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights using tools like Helium
    10 and Feedback Five.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to create compelling content (A+ listings, enhanced imagery) and add them to the listings.
  • Troubleshoot data flow issues between ERP and e-commerce platforms.
  • Generate regular reports on product performance, pricing, and channel health.
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements
What we’re looking for in our Product Data & E-Commerce Administrator:

Training will be provided to fill any knowledge gaps, however ideally you will have:

  • Experience maintaining product data in ERP/PIM databases
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Big Commerce, Shopify, Amazon)
  • Knowledge of on-page and marketplace SEO
  • Competent using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Problem solving mindset to help fix any data connectivity issues.
