Caretaker

Your role
  • Carry out weekly health and safety checks and risk assessments
  • Complete general caretaking tasks including basic repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance
  • Keep tools and equipment stocked and ready for use
  • Record daily work accurately and update customers when needed
  • Spot maintenance issues early and report them to keep the environment safe
  • Experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role
  • Ability to identify and carry out minor repairs
  • Understanding of basic health and safety in the workplace
  • Practical experience using hand tools and light machinery
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
