We are recruiting on behalf of a beautifully presented elderly care home in Bury St Edmunds, set within an impressive manor property and offering high-quality residential care in exceptional surroundings.

This role requires someone who is operationally strong but also comfortable being the face of the service — welcoming prospective families, showcasing the home, and building trust from the first interaction.

To be considered, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Registered/Home Manager within elderly care
• A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience improving or maintaining occupancy levels
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and KPIs
