FACILITIES MANAGER

Hybrid | 37.5 hrs/week | Permanent

Location:

Based in either Cambridge OR Ipswich (but candidates must be able to travel to both)

ISS is looking for a confident Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of an integrated PFI facilities services contract across three sites in Humberside.

Managing a £1.1m contract and significant annual projects, you’ll have real autonomy to shape and grow the account.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee P&L, budgets, and project delivery (asset replacements, fabric upgrades)
• Lead a team & manage day-to-day operations / client relationships across a live public space
• Ensure compliance through health & safety and industry audits
• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and drive contract performance

About you:

• Experience of managing PFI contracts
• This is a TFM contract – so looking for someone with a background in both Hard FM (technical infrastructure & engineering systems) & Soft FM service delivery
• Experienced in P&L and budget management
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
