Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and conducting viewings
• Booking valuations for the Lister
• Liaise with vendors and buyers
• Assist with Sales Administration if necessary
• Negotiate on Sales
• Canvassing for new Sales opportunities
• Promoting the business
• Marketing properties
• Generating new business opportunities

Key

Skills & Experience:

• At least 12 months' experience in a similar role, preferably within the industry
• Strong negotiating skills with proven track record
• Well-presented and professional individual
