Bridgewater Resources UK Ltd is launching a graduate training programme designed to fast-track ambitious graduates into B2B sales and management. The programme offers hands-on learning, mentorship and a clear pathway into leadership, with a starting salary of £31,000–£33,000.
During the first year you’ll rotate through roles from internal and field sales, building client relationships and gaining core knowledge of warehouse, logistics and product range.
