Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful dealership in Haywards Heath. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the dealership and deliver an exceptional buying experience. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Promote finance, insurance products, and additional vehicle accessories. Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets. Stay up to date with product knowledge, manufacturer campaigns, and market trends. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales or a target-driven sales environment is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and results-driven approach. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
