Early Break is seeking a dedicated Holding Families Coordinator to lead the multi-agency approach supporting families affected by parental substance misuse. You will coordinate sessions with children and parents, deliver group work, and liaise with partner agencies to meet identified needs.
The role requires strong coordination, leadership and safeguarding ethos, with responsibilities for training, placement oversight and timely reporting to funders.
