Job Title: Picking & Packing Operative

Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: 12.50

On behalf of our valued client, we are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for Picking & Packing Operatives to join a busy and expanding warehouse team. If you are reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

As a key member of the warehouse team, you will play an essential part in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and dispatched. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders with care and attention to detail.

• Ensuring all items are securely packaged for shipment.

• Lifting and handling packages weighing up to 25kg (warm jackets provided for work in the coldstore).

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

• Experience: Previous experience in a picking and packing role is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are what we value most.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 25kg.

• Transport: Due to the site's location, reliable transport is required as the site is not accessible by public transport.

• Monday to Thursday: 6am-5pm or 7am-4pm

• Competitive hourly rate of 12.50.

• Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate.
