Shifts:

6:00am 4:00pm & 8:00am 6:00pm V3 Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Hilsea for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy and growing team. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important role in keeping the warehouse operation running smoothly. Working with time-sensitive freight, you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately and efficiently during busy morning and afternoon operations. This is a physically active role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently Checking pallets to ensure dimensions and weights have been declared correctly Identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods Moving and handling freight in line with company procedures Carrying out heavy lifting while following manual handling and health & safety guidelines Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times Supporting colleagues to ensure daily operational targets are achieved What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is essential Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail A positive, flexible and proactive attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Must have a valid certificate for that is in date - not in house) Awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures is advantageous What's on Offer Full-time, temp - perm opportunity Monday to Friday working pattern Rotating shifts of 6:00am 4:00pm and 8:00am 6:00pm Opportunity for overtime and weekend work when available Join a well-established and supportive team Immediate starts available for the right candidates If you're an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity with a successful and growing business, apply today through V3 Recruitment.
