- You have strong planning and organisational skills, able to re‑prioritise and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Your ability to engage and positively influence stakeholders, and manage upwards, is key.
- You are a natural leader who can inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
- You are proficient with MS Office and ideally CIPD qualified or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You show ambition, think big, proactive, and committed to exceptional performance.
- Your judgement balances operational and strategic thinking, manages confrontation, and cuts through ambiguity.
- You demonstrate resilience, maintain a positive outlook, exhibit empathy, and build trustful relationships.
- You have learning agility: self‑motivated, curious, and open to experimenting and learning from every experience.
