We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Executive to join our growing team in the hardware industry. Based in our office, you will play a key role in supporting our online sales channels. This position is ideal for someone with previous ecommerce experience who is eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, B&Q, and company websites, ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
- Resolve order-related issues by collaborating with customer service and fulfilment teams to address queries, delays, and returns promptly.
- Track ecommerce performance metrics including stock levels, shipping times, returns, and customer feedback to improve operations.
- Assist in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns by refining paid ads, keyword targeting, and on-page SEO strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Amazon reports to provide regular updates.
- Assist in creating high-quality product images and videos to enhance visual presentation across platforms.
- Write compelling, SEO-optimised product descriptions that highlight product benefits and features.
- Tailor content for each sales channel to meet platform requirements and optimise engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital content, maintaining a unified tone, visual style, and messaging.
- Some experience in ecommerce or digital marketing (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Word Press).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Excel and ecommerce tools or CMS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Creativity and comfort with basic content creation.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
