Driessen HRM zoekt een administratief medewerker Sociaal Domein in Bussum. Jij bent de schakel achter casusoverleggen binnen het Zorg- en Veiligheidshuis en zorgt voor de organisatie en administratie van complexe casussen.
Met jouw ervaring en organisatievermogen zorg je ervoor dat afspraken goed worden vastgelegd en dat de voortgang bewaakt blijft. Je werkt minimaal 32 uur per week met de mogelijkheid tot hybride werken.
