We are currently seeking a skilled technical translator with proven experience in the aerospace sector to provide on-site translation services from English into Vietnamese.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately translate technical content from English into Vietnamese, ensuring the target text fully reflects the meaning of the source.
When post-editing, apply corrections and optimize the output based on machine translation, following client-specific post-editing guidelines and quality standards.
Perform linguistic tasks in accordance with project instructions and reference materials (e.g., translation memories, glossaries, style guides).
Ensure high grammatical accuracy, consistent use of terminology, and correct cultural references.
Verify formatting, tagging, punctuation, country-specific conventions, terminology, style, and fluency as per guidelines.

Requirements

Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, or equivalent professional experience.
Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in technical translation and proofreading, particularly in the aerospace field.
Proficiency in CAT tools and general IT skills.
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools.
Solid understanding of Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) processes and tools.
Strong linguistic and cultural knowledge of both source and target languages.
Ability to adapt to a highly confidential and fast‑paced environment with shifting project priorities.
Professionalism under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
