Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
- Assist in food preparation procedures.
- Set up, operate, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher during the shift.
- Keep the food line stocked with clean plates.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restrooms.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
- Stand for long periods and move within the kitchen as needed.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
