About this role:
As a Medical Oncology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will be supported by: 1 Advanced Practice Provider, Radiation Oncologist, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Nurse Navigator, and Pharmacist. St. James Cancer Program is accredited by the American College of Surgeons.
- Competitive Compensation: $600,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.
- Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), potential for a residency stipend up to $36,000 (if applicable) and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We're also PSLF eligible!

- Schedule:
4-day work week (4/0s), alternating Fridays with the Advanced Practice Provider - Focus:
Will be to provide care in the cancer center with a primary emphasis on hematological care and a mix of oncology. - Procedures:
Bone marrow biopsies, consultations, disease diagnosis, and treatment planning - Manage a patient base of adults (primarily over 65), 25-30 patients a day.
- Potential for medical directorship
- Opportunity to partake in clinical trials.
- EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).

What you'll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
