The primary purpose of the MDS Coordinator is to ensure the highest quality of resident care, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro Health Care values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.
The MDS Coordinator will oversee and facilitate the completion of resident assessments at nursing facilities. Throughout the assessment and while planning care, they ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Daily Pay Available
Responsibilities- Assess residents behavioral, psychological, clinical, nutritional, and physical strengths and needs to create an individualized care plan that considers the resident holistically.
- Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, nutrition and other disciplines to ensure care plan guidelines for each resident are followed and compliant with ethical standards and Medicare requirements.
- Must have a valid Nursing Facility Administrator license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Must be able to pass a background check
