Join us to apply for the Physician Assistant role at Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions.
We are seeking Physician Assistants to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members.
Work primarily on weekends, with some weekday shifts in Montana, on an "as needed" basis.
Under The Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we provide health readiness services to meet medical and dental requirements for maintaining a deployable military force for the following branches:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities:
- Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
- Interview service members to identify medical concerns.
- Address immediate concerns, including behavioral health issues.
- Document interview results for readiness classification using our proprietary system.
Requirements:
- Active PA license in the state.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health (preferred).
- Experience with mobile medical services (preferred).
- Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with large volumes of service members.
- Able to work extended hours and travel, including weekends (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Note:
Diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications is not required.
